Wellbeing Resources – Continuous Learning Website

The school has recently updated the Wellbeing page on its Continuous Learning website. The page includes a range of resources and advice for parents and families to support their wellbeing during this period.

The topics covered on the page range from managing lockdown fatigue to maintain mental health and mindfulness practices for young people. The resources are curated through recommendations from our Counselling team and are drawn from organisations such as the Australian Psychological Society and Headspace. Further resources to support learning and wellbeing will be added to the website in the coming days, so please remember to visit to access a range of helpful resources.
