Indonesian Fruit Fest!

Years 1 and 2 have been busy learning all about South-East Asian fruit.

We discovered some unusual fruit like durian, lychee, rambutan, starfruit, nangka (jackfruit) and dragon fruit. Together, we created a restaurant menu featuring exciting flavours and dishes like durian pancakes, starfruit salad, nanas (pineapple) pizza, nangka sushi and lots more. Here are some photos of our fruit-tasting session. We were very adventurous and open-minded as we smelt, looked, touched and tasted the different fruit.
